The original design of the building, as well as the treasure trove of produce displayed on its stalls, won't disappoint visitors to the neighbourhood of Santa Caterina. The menu variates from sushi to just and ordinary beef burger, but the fresh meat, fruits and cheese are worth it. The spacious, modern market building was constructed on the former site of the Convent of Santa Caterina, from which it takes its name.

The Concepció market's is an  ideal meeting place for shopping, chat, enjoy a dining experience and social in every way, they ´ve  the best “paella” in town according to residents.    Therefore, apart from a wide range of food, you will find activities for all ages.

La Concepció Market's  want to be "square" in the neighborhood of Example and the city, for our friends and customers come and recover the space that originally Markets have always occupied the place of town where people find and share.

4. Sant Antoni Market

One of Barcelona´s biggest markets, during the weekdays is stocked full of food items ( gleaming displays of vegetables, fruit, fish and meat) also clothes. It´s a historic market which retains the architecture, vibrancy and charm of its origins. On Sundays, second-hand books and stamps for collectors captivate the visitors to “Mercat de Sant Antoni”, it´s a good place to talk with residents. At night, when the stallholders shut up shop, they put their goods into wooden drawers and the Mercat de Sant Antoni falls silent.

5. Sarriá Market

Sarrià Market  has become a modern, spacious showcase for food, the market offers specialities are coldfish, ecological meat, cheese, sausages and ham. It  reopened in 2007 after a complete refit. It still retains the original structure of the market founded over 100 years ago which supplied the local community with food throughout the last century and continues to do so today. The market has two bars, one at street level that opens 4 am, where you can have a coffee or lunch, also you can find various fashion shops and a cobbler at the street level.
